| Good news:
Just beat Persona 4...this time with the True Ending.
Bad news:
The San Francisco Giants lost a CRITICAL baseball game.
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU--
Fuck you, Colorado. You jackasses ruined a perfectly good night. >:

| So, I'm looking up some Persona 4 vids on YouTube when I see the English voice-acted King's Game vid. I look at a comment on there from some dude going "Ugh, this sounds so much better in Japanese."
Cue Bullshit Alarm.
Me typing in response: "Then go play it in Japanese, you fuckin' weeaboo." Exact words, real talk, no mincing.
OK, time to get a little something off my chest...people need to cut the English voice actors a little slack. Sure, they tend to mess up on some games and anime and whatnot...a lot...but compared to the past ten years, I'd say they've improved a bit. I honestly did not mind a drunken Rise and a drunken Yukiko as portrayed by Laura Bailey and Amanda Winn Lee, respectively; hell, I actually think they pulled it off better than their seiyuu counterparts.
I also believe that there are some guys on both sides of the pond that could use a little work (I'm talking to both of you, Yuri Lowenthal and Tomokazu Seki; you both tend to overdo your shit a little too much). Sometimes I hear hams, sometimes I hear some good ones (see: Johnny Yong Bosch).
All in all, what I'm trying to say is: if you think you can do better, try contacting a talent agency and see if you can do a part in a game or anime. If you feel you can't, shut the hell up and leave it to the professionals.

| Was there something wrong with Persona 4?
The characters seem alright; a pretty-boy hero (expected), his best friend (and possible closet fag), a green-jacketed tomboy, her semi-traditionalist hottie best friend, a sexually-confused delinquent, a former pop idol along the same vein as Athena Asamiya (except she doesn't fight), a moe detective, and...Teddie.
The story was interesting enough; people get pushed into TVs and killed by suppressed human thoughts given form. One of the characters takes it personally and decides to investigate. The rest is a bunch of high schoolers trying to solve a murder mystery. It's like Scooby-Doo meets SRS BSNS.
All the social links seem likable enough, too (Hello, Nurse forealz).
So...I don't get it. What's the problem?

| Here you go!For those that don't know, that's the Kamen Rider IXA belt from Kamen Rider Kiva. When I found out, I was all like, "Damn, did Keisuke Nago really not hit a chord with people?" In any case, I went and snagged one. I honestly thought the IXA belt itself was pretty cool. | |

| And this was just after I had missed out on getting one with her at Fanime. | |
|
| ...But I just thought of a good TV title with a "yaoi" moniker...
Kamen Rider: Yaoi Knight. XD

| WRONG!!!
When I heard this for the first time, I practically just dropped my jaw on the floor. I honestly did not think that this could be done on two acoustic guitars.
And for comparison purposes, the original studio version by Metallica:

| And I couldn't help but notice during the Chris/Sheva vs. Wesker/Jill fight that Jill sounded a little familiar...
First off, a little reference...
Gee, I wonder who that voice possibly belongs to...oh, wait...
So, this would make this the third PR alumnus (following both Johnny Yong Bosch and Dan Southworth) to be involved in a Capcom project, and the fourth American tokusatsu alumnus (don't forget Reuben Langdon!). Seems quite a few people at Capcom seem to remember the Saban-era Power Rangers a lot more than most folks. =P

| ...Or is the complete layout change at HJ--er, I mean Otaku Hero nothing more than some giant April Fool's joke orchestrated by Keith?
EDIT:
Turns out it wasn't a joke at all, and especially not done by Keith (he was actually pissed that it happened). Internet drama ensued.
